It’s called Hot Yoga Doctor Pro 200. After spending 4 weeks with me and my team you will be eligible for Full Certification as a Yoga Alliance Teacher at the 200 hour level.

The quality of hot yoga teacher training varies enormously. And most of the time it’s based on your ability to recite a particular script.

Unfortunately teaching hot yoga, in fact teaching any type of yoga takes more than that! It really requires you to be present with your students and teach the students in the room which means it just doesn’t work to confine yourself like that.

So although it will help you to have words for different poses, you can never use those same words, every class for every student – despite what some people tell you.
