quickfityoga was the first Bikram Yoga Method Studio in Noosa, Australia, owned and operated by Gabrielle Raiz since 2001 (The Hot Yoga Doctor and author of The Hot Yoga MasterClass). It was also the first Bikram Studio opened outside of Australia's first studio in Sydney.

Gabrielle is a Bikram Method Certified Teacher and is also a qualified Dentist. Gabrielle's medical training gives you extra peace of mind that she knows what she is doing!

Since completing her work on The Hot Yoga MasterClass (click the link to read more!), Gabrielle now only accepts Private Clients at her purpose built private studio in Buderim (just outside Maroochydore).
